4. Is The Real Lenny Still Around In Some Form?
One major way Legion season 2 will evolve the Shadow King is introducing its original form, Amahl Farouk (as played by Navid Negahban). This move looks to bring the character's depiction a bit closer to the comics' iteration - Negahban will even wear some comic-accurate round sunglasses in the role.
We don't yet know exactly how Negahban fits in - but the evidence suggests that, alarmingly, Farouk will somehow regain his body. If this is correct, that pretty much means that Negahban will effectively be replacing Aubrey Plaza as the show's main villain.
But thanks to that previously described clip of Lenny and Oliver in Farouk's eye, it looks like we haven't seen the last of her. If we're interpreting it correctly, it seems that Lenny is just as much a prisoner of the Shadow King as Oliver is. Which is a surprise as season 1 led us to believe that the real Lenny had well and truly died.
Even if she is trapped on the astral plane, it's good to know her consciousness (potentially) still survives.
