3. What Are The Limits Of David's Powers?
In the first season, there was a lot of talk about David Haller potentially being the most powerful mutant in the world. The thing is that he has only just scratched the surface of what he can do. It was only when the Shadow King got in the driver's seat that his abilities became a lot more formidable. But was this Farouk's power coming through or have David's powers now been unlocked?
There are a couple of hints in the finale that it's the latter. Even with the Shadow King held in check, David is able to pile up a bunch of Division 3 goons with a flick of his wrist. His repeated message to Clarke to not be afraid also suggests that he can read minds (as Clarke talked to his husband about being scared earlier in the episode).
So does David now have so much control over his powers that he is gaining new ones, seeing as the Shadow King is no longer infecting his mind? Or will David getting a grip on his own abilities form one of the story arcs of season 2?
And could that involve discovering that he has other personalities...?
