5. Daredevil
As the world is embraced by the movies of Spider-Man and those cheeky chappies The X Men, it seems like Daredevil was left out in the cold. His 2003 movie starring Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner was widely reviled and made a modest profit at the box office. Daredevil even spawned a sequel/spin-off Elektra, which didn't even have the guy in it. Daredevil slowly faded away and has been all but forgotten since in the movie world. 20th Century Fox either didn't want the rights or simply forgot about it, as the rights to the character reverted back to Marvel in late 2012. What better way to celebrate Daredevil's return to Marvel than have him pop up in Agents of Shield? It would be a relatively low risk venture, trying to make the character relevant and popular again, while not headlining him in his own film. A guest spot on Marvel's show could be just what the unlucky guy needs.
