Marvel's Daredevil Season 3: 9 Villains That Should Appear

Two words: Typhoid. Mary.

Daredevil Season 3 won't be releasing until 2018 at the earliest, and we have the Punisher, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage to look forward to until then, but that hasn't stopped fans from getting excited for another season to feature the Man Without Fear.

This is due to the fact that both the second season of Daredevil and the finale of The Defenders teased an upcoming, thought to be loose adaptation of Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli's seminal work, 'Born Again'. The story is commonly cited as being just about the best DD book out there, and, with that in mind, discussions regarding who could appear in season 3 have heated up considerably. None, more so, than the character's villains.

Contrary to popular belief, Matt Murdock isn't exactly lacking in the villain department. So far we've seen Wilson Fisk, on again, off again assassin Elektra, Melvin Potter, the Hand and the Owl all get an appearance, and there are tonnes more out there simply chomping at the bit for a chance in the spotlight.

While Born Again is very much a Kingpin/Daredevil story, it doesn't hurt to deviate from the source material every now and then, particularly when you have a rogues gallery as good as Daredevil's. And, while we're not explicitly saying that all of these villains should make an appearance, it would be awesome to see one or two of them get the nod at some point in the season.
