Masters Of Sex: 8 Things To Be Excited About In Season 3
7. The Return Of Ethan And Scully
Speaking of LGBT rights, the 60s are sure to mean something for the return of Scully. Scully was the head of the first hospital Bill was working at and throughout the show has internally struggled with his sexuality.
He was absent in most of season 2 after he chose to undergo electroshock therapy to "cure" his attraction to men. He returned at the end of season 2 and was revealed to be the mystery man that helped Bill sabotage the TV documentary about his research.
Another familiar face hopefully set to return is Nicholas D'Agosto, who plays the charming Ethan Haas. He is Virginia's ex and Bill's rival, now participating in a competing study against Masters and Johnson.
These two absent characters were also two of the best, and they will be warmly welcomed back in season 3.
