Moon Knight Trailer Breakdown: 11 Things You Must See

Throughout Moon Knight's comic history, the authenticity of his powers was constantly in question. While Marc's violent fighting techniques and methods seem to originate from his military training, his revival in Egypt is perceived as more supernatural in nature.

As seen in the trailer on multiple instances, however, it seems that Marvel is making it more clear that the rays from the moon do affect Marc (evident from his suit-up sequence). Khonshu grants Moon Knight enhanced strength and endurance depending on the current lunar cycle. There are even some instances where Marc could drain powers from others and use them during battle (most notably his use of Doctor Strange's Eye of Agamotto).

However, as the MCU's threat-level increases during Phase 4's oncoming multiversal storm, there is a possibility that Marvel may increase the moon's effect on Moon Knight physiology to match incoming combatants.
