7. The Group Co-Own The Bar

Nick and Schmidt are the current owners of the bar, but it would be great to one day see the entire group each own a little slice of it, with Mr Miller running the show from the top. His relationship with Jess broke down because he lacked motivation, ambition and drive, but this is transforming him from lazy fool to mature fool. It has been a great growing device for Nick, and in the likely event that characters begin to move away and pair up towards the end of the show, it would be nice if they all had one constant that would draw them back together. What better way to do that than for each character to own a portion of the bar?
