Riverdale: 10 Craziest Moments (So Far)

Here we arrive at the craziest moment in Riverdale so far - and it's another bizarre scene involving The Farm. As previously mentioned, The Farm storyline was abruptly wrapped up in the current fourth season but it definitely went out with a bang.

With the help of the FBI, Betty infiltrated Edgar's stronghold - an abandoned mall - to help take down The Farm once and for all. She discovers that Edgar is loading his followers onto a bus - which Betty and Alice will be tied to the front of - which he plans to drive over a cliff as a distraction whilst he escapes.

Is anyone else completely baffled?

Anyway, whilst this is happening, Edgar attempts to escape in a homemade rocket and we have SO many questions. How does Edgar know how to build a rocket? Where does he plan to fly to? Why is wearing a personalised Evil Knievel outfit?

The only thing that even mildly makes sense is the need for the bus distraction whilst Edgar escapes but even then, why do Betty and Alice need to be tied to the front? This sounds difficult - surely he could deal with them in an easier way.

Most importantly, why has Edgar been building his cult and gathering all of these organs if he's now abandoning the whole thing? It seems pretty clear that Riverdale's writers didn't know where this storyline was going when it started and now, they're hoping we won't continue to ask questions. This is Riverdale's craziest moment - there's no doubt about that.
