Scream Season 2 Review: 7 Ups & 6 Downs

Ups...7. It's More Of A Slow Burn

One of the major positives about this season is that the addition of two more episodes allows it to burn much more slowly, and it's clearly not in a huge hurry to grab the audience as it presumably won them over last season.

Instead, there are some clever fake-outs early on, and the killer doesn't make their presence felt too much in the first few episodes. Hell, it's close to half-way through the season before some characters even begin to piece together there's a killer on the loose, and this approach really allowed the characters and scenarios to get a little more breathing room.
