Scrubs Cast: Where Are They Now?

2. Donald Faison

Scrubs Sarah Chalke
NBC

Though not quite on the same levels as John C. McGinley, Donald Faison was one of the more well known stars when Scrubs first started, mainly thanks to his roles as Murray in Clueless, and Petey in Remember the Titans.

After a recurring role in Ray Donovan, Faison starred in Emergence on ABC before the show was ultimately cancelled after its first season. Similarly to Sarah Chalke, it hasn't just been live action that has kept him busy since his days on Scrubs. The self-described Star Wars nerd got to play Hype Fazon in Star Wars Resistance, a character named after the actor himself.

Donald Faison's near future is up in the air at the moment thanks to the problems with Powerpuff, the live action reboot of The Powerpuff Girls. Faison is slated to play the titular girls' father Professor Utonium, however troubles with the pilot have seemingly set the series back to the drawing board.

Arguably, his greatest success since Scrubs finished has come during the worldwide lockdown as he started Fake Doctors, Real Friends, a Scrubs rewatch podcast with his best friend and co-star, that has seen him invited to guest onto shows like Family Feud, and The View.

This standard nerd combines the looks of Shaggy with the brains of Scooby, has an unhealthy obsession with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and is a firm believer that Alter Bridge are the greatest band in the world.
