1. The Team Work Together To Take Down Whispers
Now that the sensates are united as a cluster, they won't only be helping each other with their personal problems, but will be pooling their resources to take on Whispers and uncover the truth behind BPO.
This over-arcing storyline drew in large elements of Nomi and Will's stories in the first season, and really kicked off with the rescue of Riley, but now, as Whispers sets his sights on wiping out the pesky cluster, will begin to spread into the lives of all eight sensates. The BPO have labs across the world, not just the Iceland location we saw in season one, and so the investigation could take them anywhere.
Further examination into the BPO's research will also lead to more reveals about the science behind homo sensorium, and we can expect to see a political edge to this large-scale story, as national security concerns surrounding psychically powered humans play into the conspiracy.
The sensates really will need to use all their skills and resourcefulness to take on this increasingly formidable opponent.
