She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Season 1 - Every Episode Ranked Worst To Best

8. Episode 2 - Superhuman Law

It turned out the first episode was just the prologue to the show, as episode 2 was where everything began in earnest with a new status quo. Jennifer got fired because of her public debut as She-Hulk, so she got hired at GLK&H as a lawyer for the superhuman division. We met new characters in the building, and so on.

It was not an unpleasant episode, but it was just a prolonged setup. Everything was to get ready for what would happen in the following episodes. A good character bit was when Jen accepted to represent Emil Blonsky (The Abomination). She did not judge him as a villain, she heard what he had to say, and then gave him a chance. It was a moment that showed us what kind of lawyer Ms. Walters is; she was willing to not listen to her biases if it meant a person deserved justice.

Another highlight was Tim Roth’s return as Emil Blonsky. We got to catch up with what he's been doing since 2008 and saw that he has grown as a person. He moved on with his life, like the rest of the MCU. This episode ended with the promise of The Abomination’s parole hearing; a cliffhanger worth anticipating.
