South Park: 10 Times Butters Was TOO Innocent

The adults of South Park can often times be just as irresponsible as the children, and this is evident when someone willingly sells them genuine ninja weapons at the Park County Fair.

Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny are living out their ninja fantasies in this ultra stylistic episode that switches between the standard construction paper based animation, to anime-style action pieces that depict the children's imaginations.

One such scene is when they are battling the evil, Professor Chaos, Butters's alter ego that was created when the gang shuns him. Butters, sweet as he is, doesn't have any weapons at all and his costume is just simple aluminium foil. Bless him.

He's way in over his head facing off against his pals though as its becomes clear fourth graders should never be trusted with dangerous weapons. Kenny lodges a throwing star right in Butters's eye, and it only gets worse for him from there. They glue fur to him so they can pass him off as a dog, he gets taken to the pound where he's locked up to be euthanised.

It's clear that his foil armour isn't quite up to the task of deflecting ninja stars, so maybe Butters is better off steering clear of any role-playing for a while.
