7. Timeless

Far be it from us to miss a birthday. Forget the cake from the replicator, for Star Trek: Voyager's 100th episode, they had to hit hard. In this case, they hit the ice at full impulse. It was a bold move to kill all but two, and a very chilly hologram, from the outset. It is one that paid off. Timeless lives up to its name: it is a classic.

What more do you want, after all, for the "big three digits"? A daring, criminal, mission to reset the timeline using Borg bits and pieces (sorry, Seven)? Check. A Galaxy-class starship with CAPTAIN La Forge (LeVar Burton also directing)? Check. Harry Kim on the best of forms to save the day at the last, explosive, second? Check… those phase corrections one last time.

Even though the warp core ejection systems rarely do work when you need them, any facilities of the script are forgiven by the eerie result of temporal mechanics at the very end. Garrett Wang's performance is for the record, with distinction and valour. And it all started with that damn Talaxian Furfly!
