Star Trek: 8 Things You Missed In The Picard Season 2 Trailer

We get very brief check-ins with familiar faces from Star Trek: Picard, including the triumphant return of Romulan housekeeper slash badass Tal Shiar agent Laris.

Laris appeared only in the first three episodes of Star Trek: Picard's first season, despite many fans' desire to see more of the character and creator Michael Chabon's own lament about the Picard and Laris detective show that could've been. Based on spy photos of the set of season two, we know that Laris will play a bigger role in the upcoming storyline.

We also see a brief glimpse of Soji (or Dahj, it is an alternate universe after all) dressed to the nines. A nice nod to the character's previous storyline, Soji is seen wearing a pin featuring the fractal neuronic cloning symbol she wore as a necklace last season.

Af for Raffi and Elno, they have it a little harder, running down a seedy back alley. Judging by the alien text in the background, it's possible this is a different planet, but there's definitely some leftover set dressing from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine on the left hand side of the screen as they make their escape.
