Agnes uses Saga's eye to get to a midday napping Picard out of his imprisonment in Maddox's old room.

As she's getting Picard out of bed, she describes her deception of the synths by saying she honestly thought she was the worst secret agent ever. This is probably definitely a reference to Agnes' very obvious role as a spy right from the very beginning in "The End is the Beginning", which was later confirmed in "Nepenthe" and sort of dealt with in "Broken Pieces".

Jurati's not the only one switching sides though. As Soong downloads Saga's last memories, he finally finds out who was responsible for her death: Sutra, not Narek.
