Star Trek The Next Generation: Where Are They Now?

Let’s face it—everyone can relate to the often-awkward and anxious but always well-meaning and ingenious Reginald. The resident quirky genius aboard the Enterprise, Lt. Barclay was famous for his inability to grasp social niceties despite his advanced intelligence, and outside of his occasional interpersonal missteps the character’s reliable ability to save the ship and its crew from a tight spot made him an enduring fan favourite.

So what did actor Dwight Schultz, already a cult figure pre-The Next Generation thanks to his scene-stealing in The A-Team, get up to after the series wrapped? Well, the actor all but disappeared from live action roles, with his last in-person TV appearance dating back to 1999.

Despite this, Schultz has stayed busy as a voice performer in everything from TV’s Avengers Assemble series, Madagascar spin-off series All Hail King Julien, Teen Titans Go!, Ultimate Spider-man, and the recent Ben 10 and Powerpuff Girls reboots.
