Star Trek Voyager Cast: Where Are They Now?

5. Roxann Dawson

Star Trek Voyager Belanna
Paramount

As Voyager's half-Klingon Chief Engineer, B'Elanna Torres was fiery and quick to anger, something that only doubled when Seven of Nine joined the ships' crew. The pair were often seen at loggerheads, each of them convinced that the other was wrong in all things.

Roxann Dawson however is a much more agreeable person! She had been working steadily in Hollywood by the time she won the role. She had previously been married to Deep Space Nine guest star Casey Biggs, and was credited as Roxann Biggs-Dawson for much of the show's early run. But it was as Roxann Dawson that she began the career that would lead her past Voyager - directing.

Since the show finished, Dawson has been busy behind the camera. She directed two episode of Voyager and ten episodes of Enterprise. She has also directed episodes of Crossing Jordan, Lost, The O.C., Cold Case, Heroes, Lie To Me, The Closer and Close to Home.

Dawson is also a published author, working with co-author Daniel Graham on the Sci-Fi Tenebrea Trilogy.

In 2001, she appeared on an all Star Trek edition of The Weakest Link, which she also won.
