4. Up - Ashoka And Rex
During her time as a Jedi Padawan, Ashoka became good friends with Captain Rex. The pair bonded over a mutual admiration yet confusion over Anakin, and saved each other in battle many times.
Though the pair didn't appear on screen together at any point during Season 6, their reunion in Old Friends, Not Forgotten reestablishes them as friends. This episode plays up their friendship, with the pair having a rare quiet conversation, during which Ashoka explains to Rex how much she values him and the clones.
In re-establishing their bond, Rex's turn becomes all the more heartbreaking. Seeing him aim his blaster hurt, because of the setup from this scene, as well as the rest of the series. Their friendship also explains the lengths Ashoka was willing to go to save Rex, which drives the plot of the episode.
