You probably read the title of this entry and rolled your eyes because you think it's referring to Grigori. Don't worry, it's not.

While Stranger Things 3 was busy being on-the-nose with its robotic nod to Arnold Schwarzenegger's iconic cyborg through that character, there was also a much more subtle tribute to the 1984 film hidden within the cinematography.

In the season finale, Billy emerged from a burning vehicle and subsequently stalked the injured Eleven, Mike and Max down a long corridor, limping as he closed the gap between them as the light flickered overhead. This all looked incredibly similar the final act of The Terminator, in which the metal endoskeleton rose from the flames and chased an injured Sarah Connor and Kyle Reese into a factory.

The shot of Billy dragging his injured leg behind him down the corridor is particularly impressive, simply because it looks like it's been ripped shot-for-shot from the classic film.
