The Big Bang Theory: 10 Questions That Must Be Answered Before The End

8. Will We Ever Get To Meet Leonard's "More Successful" Siblings?

Dr. Leonard Hofstadtler is a successful experimental physicist who has been working at Cal Tech for years. He has an IQ of 173 and earned his Ph.D. at the age of 24 so you might think his parents would be proud of him.

Sadly, all he seems to get from his mother is negative criticism and comparisons to his "more successful" siblings. Unfortunately, those siblings have only ever been referenced on the series and never seen, which begs the question, will we ever get to meet them on screen?

While they have only been mentioned, it is known that Leonard has a brother, Michael and a sister who has never been named. Michael is a tenured law professor at Harvard University and his sister is an accomplished scientist who works with gibbons to cure diabetes, but that's about all that is known of them.

Whenever his mother talks about his siblings, it's to compare their successes to his perceived failure. The only consolation she has ever given Leonard was to tell him he married better than they had, but that's about it. It would be interesting to finally meet them on screen (and find out his sister's name) before the series ends.
