Sheldon's dorky t-shirt combos have seeped into real world culture, but did you know there was more to the colours than meets the eye? The colour of Sheldon's shirt usually represents his feelings.

Some logos aren't recognisable to many, but Sheldon wears a red shirt with the Red Lantern logo, symbolising rage. Other times when he is pleasant and friendly, he wears the Purple Lantern shirt, relating to their love and compassion. It's a deep look at the show which doesn't usually take itself too seriously, but it still certainly does have foundations to the easter egg.
