The Big Bang Theory Season 12: 10 Things That Must Happen Before It Ends
1. Sheldon Wins A Nobel Prize
Prior to getting married in the Season 11 finale, Sheldon made a discovery that imperfections throughout the entire world could cause a massive breakthrough in science. But before any more could be done of it, his wedding took place, leaving us without any closure.
It seems only right, then, for Sheldon to be awarded some sort of scientific award, and what better award is there than the Nobel Prize? Recognition has remained a constant talking point in the show, with no-one yet to receive an award of this magnitude. However, Sheldon is without a doubt the most ideal candidate to be given one.
This would also be a fine way to bring to an end the Sheldon Cooper persona we all know and love, as he could acknowledge the help of Amy and Leonard in his acceptance speech rather than take all the credit for himself.
It's common knowledge to TBBT fans that Sheldon isn't keen on sharing scientific recognition, so let's bring an end to that before the show's credits roll for the final time.
