The Boys Season 3: Every Character Ranked Worst To Best
5. Mother's Milk
Mother's Milk has always felt like he doesn't belong with The Boys, what with his strict moral code and clear disdain for the ways of Butcher and Frenchie, but season three has helped explore what makes the gentle giant tick, and why, in spite of the hardship, he's still fighting the good fight.
As one of the season's most tragic figures, MM's reveal that Soldier Boy killed his family helps colour a lot of the drama around the team, putting them on the warpath whilst MM struggles to reconcile his trauma and put his long-buried demons to bed once and for all.
It's hard to watch MM this season, mainly because he's always been such a warm voice of reason and here emerges as a damaged soul overcome with emotion, but also surprisingly heartfelt, especially when he comes face-to-face with his daughter's radicalised step-father and his troubling OCD.
MM remains one of The Boys' few redeemable good guys, and he's again proved to be one of its most sincere and embattled characters.
