The Boys Season 3: Every Character Ranked Worst To Best
8. Ashley Barrett
If we only pick one character to label the ultimate scene stealer of The Boys, it would have to be Ashley Barrett, the new head of Vought International who has a truly unrivalled way of insulting people and doing just enough to stay out of trouble with her powerful employees.
A constant source of unpredictable, vulgar comic relief, Ashley's growth from being part of The Seven's PR team to the company's leader has been fantastic, but more impressive has been the way she's become increasingly broken by her work, and yet still clearly has a heart hidden deep, deep down.
Through the subtle way in which she clearly cares for Queen Maeve to the way she's constantly able to juggle Vought's voluminous controversies, Ashley is one of The Boys' most vital and underrated key players, and in the season three finale has even emerged as quite the tragic figure.
Since she gets better every season, I for one can't wait to see where the next season takes her. Her potential for greatness is astounding.
