The Flash: 10 Things We Learned From The Season 2 Premiere

5. ...And Then Gets Back Together

The Flash Season 2 Star Labs Team
The CW

By the end of the episode, things are more or less back where they were last season. The entire crew is back to STAR Labs like nothing happened, and Cisco even had time to help make the Flash a new suit.

There are some welcome new additions to the group as well. Though his role on Legends of Tomorrow likely means he’ll only be a temporary member, Martin Stein fills the role of older scientist there to explain things that vacated by Harrison. He even names the villain to Cisco's delight.

Then there’s Iris on the squad as well. Even if she’s only there to spell out plot developments very clearly to the audience, it’s nice to see that she’s being included and will actually have things to do other than complain that no one tells her anything.

Even if Team Flash’s biggest accomplishment in the episode was essentially murdering the Atom-Smasher with radiation, who cares, didn't you see how they also much more importantly made a Flash Signal!
