The Flash: 10 Things You Didn't Know About Grant Gustin
1. His Favourite Superhero Is Superman
It's rather ironic that Gustin ended up portraying one of the world's most famous DC Comics superheroes because he was, in fact, quite the comic book fan when he was younger. However, his favourite superhero wasn't actually the Scarlet Speedster. No, Gustin was a huge fan of none of other than Superman.
In fact, he is so fond of the Man of Steel that he has a tattoo on his forearm that reads "Superman... I love him." To make matters even cuter, it's written in his mother's handwriting.
Who would've thought that this young Superman fan would end up working with multiple members of the Man of Steel's family on-screen - as The Flash crossed over with Supergirl a ton of times before Gustin's Barry Allen ended up meeting Tyler Hoechlin's Superman (and Brandon Routh's Man of Steel too) in the crossovers.
