7. Can Barry Just Tell Patty Already?

Oh God, we're back at Barry and Iris levels of secrecy again. And it's proving every bit as annoying as that was last year. Patty is a really good addition to the show; she's a fun character, a good foil for Joe, and has great chemistry with Barry. She knows about metahumans, and is part of the team leading fight against the bad ones. There's really only one problem with her at the minute, and it's that she doesn't know her boyfriend is the Flash. It makes no sense for Barry not to tell her at this stage. They're dating, and talking about trusting each other, yet he keeps this from her, even though she knows about metahumans anyway. Everyone else knows. He even told Linda Park to make her trust him. Aside from some amusing chicken noodle soup based confusion, there's no need for her not to know.
