6. And Will Iris Tell Joe?
Barry isn't the only one keeping secrets, as we have a slight reminder this week of the bombshell that Francine West dropped on Iris a few weeks ago (in a plot thread that was really just left dangling, but whatever because Francine was annoying): Iris has a brother, presumably Joe's son. And Joe knows nothing about it. There's a conversation about him being like a father to Barry, and it seems for a moment that Iris might tell him then, but ultimately decides not to. Joe has to find out at some point, especially since we know Wally West is going to be on the show later in Season 2, and it's likely he'll be the aforementioned son (in a change from the comics). Is that when Joe will eventually find out, or will Iris decide to break the news to him? Or will we see more of Francine before it happens?
