8. Is Kendra Already Hawkgirl?

It's already been confirmed that Kendra Saunders of the show will, like Kendra Saunders of the comics, become the superhero Hawkgirl. She's confirmed to be part of the crossover episode, along with Hawkman, and then both Hawkheroes will be heading off to Legends of Tomorrow, because there can't be an episode of Arrow or The Flash at the moment that doesn't setup the spin-off (although in fairness it was at least a bit more subtle this week). We get our first look at Hawkgirl (excluding promo shots) in this episode, when Cisco vibes and sees her full costumed up, wings and all. So far Cisco's powers have mostly been used to show things that have happened or are actually taking place at that same moment. Obviously Kendra isn't being Hawkgirl right there and then, so is Cisco getting a glimpse of the future, or is she already Hawkgirl and just not letting on? If the latter, what has she been doing, given no one in Central City has heard anything about such a superhero.
