The Flash Season 2: 10 Problems Nobody Wants To Admit

3. The Season Premiere Was A Huge Letdown

At the end of the first season we saw the Flash running head long into an inter-dimensional portal after time itself was torn apart by a paradox before the credits suddenly started rolling. I literally yelled "No!" at my TV screen when the episode ended because I didn't want to wait months to see what was going to happen next, that's just how exciting it was. When season two finally premiered, it was a bit of a letdown. Instead of starting off right where the last episode of season one left us, we were thrust six months into the future and didn't even see what happened during the big finale until nearly the end of the episode, where it was shown that Ronnie sacrificed himself to close the portal. It was an absolutely terrible way to start off the new season and left a sour taste in people's mouths.
