The Flash introduced a number of villains in its first season, going through the rogues gallery at an alarming rate. Aside from big-bad Reverse-Flash, we had Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Pied Piper, Peek-A-Boo, the Mist, Weather Wizard, and two versions of the Trickster, to name a few. While some of those we know will be back (Captain Cold and Heat Wave are going to show up before heading to spin-off DC's Legends of Tomorrow), there will be a whole new cast of villains for Barry and the team to chase down. Adam Copeland, aka WWE star Edge, will be appearing as Atom-Smasher in the season premiere, and we'll also be seeing Captain Cold's criminal father, Doctor Light, and potentially the likes of Dr Alchemy and Mirror Master. The overarching villain this time around will be Zoom, who is a different sort of speedster, in that rather than running really fast, he can actually slow down everything around him to make it seem like he is, making him almost impossible to catch. Almost.
