2. Joe Gets Some Payback
Joe West is a largely by-the-book cop, albeit one who is super cool at the same time. But here, he takes some semblance of revenge for the hospitalization of his daughter. With Tar Pit stopped by The Flash and brought down to his human form, Joe makes sure to lay one good hit on this rogue before hes shipped off to a life of imprisonment. This, of course, followed him doing the same thing to Harrison Wells. This moment was massively out of character for Joe West the cop, but felt totally perfect and a rational action for Joe West the father. Either way, it was a surprising move from Joe, even if it was one thats justifiable.
