11. Does No One Check On The Prisoners?

So, yeah guys, we can just talk to the Turtle and figure out how to use his powers... oh, wait, the Turtle's dead?! When did that happen? How? Hmm... They lock someone up in their STAR Labs prison, and don't actually keep any sort of check on them? No security cameras? Maybe not even feeding them now and then? I know they're metahumans, but surely they still need to eat. This is something that's been raised before, but it feels particularly pertinent with the death of Turtle. Team Flash are running a superpowered Guantanamo, but no one knows and these supposed heroes don't give a flying F. Is anyone outside ever going to find out about this? Will anything ever come of it? What about all the metahumans they've just got stored up. It'll probably be swept under the carpet, but come on guys.
