The Office: 10 Best Episodes Set Outside Of Dunder Mifflin
2. Niagara Parts I & II (S6E4/5)
Michael Scott may be the main character of The Office, and the quality of the show noticeably dipped when he left in season seven, but arguably the best and most compelling story from the very beginning was Jim and Pam's relationship.
Forget Ross and Rachel, Jim and Pam are TV's greatest ever couple, and though their relationship didn't get off to the greatest start with Pam dating Roy instead, they fell in love and got married. That wedding, held in the wonderful Niagara Falls, made for one of the best episodes of The Office, period.
Despite just about everything that could go wrong going wrong, Jim and Pam still had one of the most romantic days possible. They knew that the office would somehow ruin their wedding, so they decided that none of that mattered. The only thing that mattered was their happiness and togetherness, ultimately getting married on a boat. This is the marriage their story deserved, and it was beautiful.
Even outside of the wedding itself, over the two parts there was Dwight's surprising success with Isabel, Michael just not bothering to book a room and ultimately spending the night with Pam's mom, and of course, Andy Bernard piercing his testicles with his keys.
