The Office's Jim Halpert and Dwight Schrute have a love hate relationship with each other.

Jim loves nothing more than to play pranks on Dwight. From putting his stapler into jello, posting Dwight's resume online and even using Dwight's own stationary to send him faxes from the future; Jim's pranks on Dwight were endless.

Often Jim tried to justify the pranks by saying that Dwight deserved them. After all, Dwight tried to get rid of the woman's bathroom, insisted on Jim adhering to the dress code and even created a panic in the office when his fire drill caused Stanley to have a heart attack. Yet when he hears all his pranks read out a once, Jim can't help but feel a little guilty.

It takes time, but over the years Jim and Dwight do become closer. Jim saves Dwight from being fired in Florida and Dwight even asks Jim to be his bestest mensch at his wedding to Angela.
