When Lisa met veggie enthusiasts Paul and Linda McCartney in the season seven episode Lisa the Vegetarian, the former Beatle informs her that there's a "ripping" recipe for lentil soup hidden within his song Maybe I'm Amazed.
Surely Paul was joking, simply evoking that urban legend about Revolution 9 containing hidden message about his bogus death? Well, not quite.
A version of Maybe I'm Amazed accompanies the episode's end credits with a backwards recipe for lentil soup embedded into it. Play it in reverse, and you'll find instructions for cooking up a delightful bowl of veggie-friendly broth.
In just in case you were one of the people who bought into the whole death conspiracy thing, Paul reminded the audience at the end of the recipe that "I'm alive".
