Due to Channel Six being fined over a debacle involving Kent Brockman swearing on air, Krusty the Clown's show can't afford to hire the voice actors to dub the Itchy and Scratchy cartoons so the clown is forced to do so himself - with hilarious results.

Krusty, however, is far from interested ("here comes the mouse, whats-his-name") and so elevates a usual Itchy and Scratchy cartoon into comedy gold. The best line is probably his triumphant Itchy narration: "that's what you get for, I don't know, messing with my wife... and it goes on...."
