The Simpsons: 8 Reasons Why Season 8 Was The Show's Best
4. One Of The Best Halloween Segments Ever
Though recent offering haven't been all that funny or all that scary, Treehouse Of Horror is still one of the most anticipated episodes in any season. Mostly, that's because everyone is hoping for a return to a Treehouse Of Horror like this one.
The worst of the lot, The Genesis Tub, sees Lisa create a tiny city after leaving her tooth in a bowl of soda and accidentally giving in a static shock. It's the worst only by comparison had would still have a shot at breaking the top ten of all time.
Citizen Kang gives Kodos and Kang possibly their greatest appearance as Bill Clinton and Bob Dole, with the immortal line 'don't blame me, I voted for Kodos!'. Though Clinton and especially Dole are less culturally relevant these days this one can feel a little dated, but even without the satire it's well stocked with gags.
The best though is the chilling The Thing & I, which sees Bart's evil twin Hugo being chained up in the attic. Scenes where he attempts to stitch himself and Bart back together are genuinely creepy in amongst all the jokes. Turns out Bart was the evil one all along. Oh, don't look so shocked.
