Seeing a baby make it to the top ten in a list like this is peculiar, as you'd expect a non-speaking role to slide down the ranking. But, Maggie has plenty of spirit despite her lack of spoken language, and it'll take decades for us to forget the sound of that iconic pacifier.

As the youngest of the Simpson family, Maggie is almost doomed to become just as dysfunctional as them. However, she's been showing signs of brilliance the whole time, as despite being a baby, she has managed to battle Mr Teeny, organise a day-care breakout, save her father from drowning and even shoot Mr Burns.

This kid has done more badass things before reaching the age of two than most people have in their entire lives. But, of course, she's still a non-verbal character who's often used as a simple joke rather than an episode lead, so she can't climb any higher.
