Okay, let's clear something up right now. Rick Grimes should be dead, and subsequently every other person in The Walking Dead TV show should be roaming the Earth as an undead corpse. It's as simple as that, but why? Because SURELY Rick couldn't have survived two months in a coma in an abandoned hospital. He's got no food, no water, no maintained meds, no constant care, yet somehow he miraculously manages to stumble out of bed and by the end of the Pilot episode he's already tackling walkers.
