The Walking Dead: 10 Characters Who Stuck Around Too Long

6. Rosita Espinosa

The Walking Dead Beth
AMC

Played by: Christian Serratos

First appearance: Inmates (S4E10)

Last appearance: Ongoing

If you want another superficial stereotype, look no further than the fiery hispanic Rosita Espinosa. Seemingly around for scene exposition and to dress like a female Action Man, Rosita has bigger cojones that most of the male contingent of survivors.

As part of the Abraham/Eugene/Rosita trifecta, her plot ran out of steam quickly. Since then she has scowled into the distance, scowled at Abraham, then scowled at the machine gun constantly in her hand. They did try and give her some story by setting her up with Alexandria Safe Zone resident Spencer, but he is equally bland.

However, we will probably be seeing Rosita around for a while if the comic books are anything to go by. After a failed relationship with Abraham Ford (tick for the show) she turns her attentions to *spoiler* Eugene.

It plays out in the comics until Abraham's demise with a crossbow through the head. The show has a tendency to fast track its storylines, and with Abraham's death looking increasingly likely, expect G.I. Jane to seek solace in the arms of Eugene some time in Season 7.
