The Walking Dead: 10 Comic Book Moments We Can’t Wait To See

7. Michonne Finally Being A Badass

Michonne Badass In the AMC series, we've seen Michonne for an entire series now since the epic tease the writers gave us in the season 2 finale. Her use in the series has been, well, to put it lightly, divisive. The way the character has been portrayed has been vastly different from the comic book version. Comic book Michonne is shaped by the events of her time with The Governor. Raped, abused, beaten and held hostage, she became stronger and her seeking revenge on The Governor is one of the best - if not most brutal - moments of the entire comic book series. This led to her becoming the comics biggest badass, yet she remained likeable. The TV version of Michonne is moody and barely speaks, and whilst comic Michonne is no ray of sunshine, she remains an integral part of the core group. It's time for the writers of the show to really give fans of the comics the Michonne they deserve.
