Morgan's stick is totally symbolic of the way he lives his life now. He was once a cold-hearted killer, bitter and twisted following the death of his son, and he'd have no qualms about finishing off others for the greater good. However, as we saw in his flashback episode with Eastman (and Tabitha the goat...) Morgan was given a second chance to start afresh, living peacefully, living without killing. Morgan is certainly no pushover, with his Donatello skills coming in extremely handy during the wolves' attack, but he will not kill. Will that philosophy prove to be his downfall though?
