The Walking Dead Season 6: 10 Things Episode 11 Got Right

2. Direction For Season 6

Unpredictability is great. The more, the better. Not knowing whether your favourite character is going to escape a situation or get torn to pieces is part of the fun (if you can call it that) of The Walking Dead. Each episode needs to be shocking and take us by surprise, but it also needs to have some kind of order. In the past, the show has roamed like a walker, never sticking to the path, ambling around in aimless directions and at times it has descended into a bit of a mess. Episode 11 has thankfully rectified this with a nice setup for the rest of 6B. Bear with me here, but imagine Ep 11 one side of a ravine, we can now see Ep 16 on the opposing cliff. We have a good idea of the finale destination, it's looking likely to be Negan's compound. The writers can create whatever bridge they like to get across there, but it's nice knowing there's a general direction to aim for.
