The Walking Dead Season 6: 10 Things Episode 6 Got Right

4. The Walkers Look Stunning

I've made this point nearly every week throughout this season, but a massive round of applause needs to go to the Walking Dead practical effects team. We were promised rotting, decaying, sub-human walkers, and they've certainly delivered on that front. TV series' have come a long way in recent years, yet the CGI still isn't as sharp as you'd want to see in most productions. TWD crew overcame that by creating the zombies and filling their shells with a real, living person and the effectiveness there on screen for all to see. This has always been the case on the show, but now we're seeing variation. Last week's sludge walkers in the sewers were amazing, this week's mossy, woodland walker was equally impressive. What will we be treated to next? (Fire zombies, fire zombies, pleeeease, fire zombies...)
