13. Maggie

I still feel like Maggie has an enormous amount of untapped potential. She's shown herself to be diplomatic by nature, and in a topsy-turvy world, a sense of reality and stability is sorely required. She has been given some big storylines, but she's mainly used in tandem with Glenn. It would be nice to see her step away into an individual role, not just as part of a team, even though Glenn/Maggie have a great thing going. When Lauren Cohan is given some time, she's proven to be an excellent actress in The Walking Dead but I feel like so far, she's been under-used. Maggie is a major character, so her eventual (it's going to happen at some point) death needs to mean something. Once she starts to become majorly relevant, then I might worry about her, but for now, PREGNANT Maggie is sticking around. Chance of Dying: 4/10
