The Walking Dead Season 7: 5 Ups And 3 Downs From 'Go Getters'

Ups...

5. The Return Of Jesus

Introduced late in Season 6, Jesus - real name Paul Rovia - was immediately something of a fan-favourite. He was funny, cool, and kicked a lot of ass.

He introduced us to the Hilltop, and seemed set to take on a sizeable role within the show. Since then, though, his appearances have been few and far between, and not a lot has been done with the character, meaning there's been little chance of progression.

Such is the case that it's taken until the fifth episode for him to appear in Season 7, but thankfully Tom Payne hasn't missed a step. Jesus still needs a more central role, but there are signs that he's moving towards that here. And his presence is a good one to have around; he's a decent guy, he could potentially be a strong leader, and he brings something a little different in terms of persona and the action.
