The X-Files Revival: 21 WTF Moments From Episodes 3 & 4

16. Don't Get A Head Tattoo Unless You're A Pro Wrestler Or Punk Rock Icon

Bam Bam Bigelow could pull it off, and so can Tim Armstrong, lead singer of Rancid - who appears in Home Again as Trash Man, an urban artist whose creations have somehow come to life. No one else should really get a head tattoo, ever. In any case, Armstrong's appearance in Home Again was rather inspired, and done on the down low: not a lot of mention was made of him appearing on the show prior to the episode airing. Writer Glen Morgan crafted the role with him in mind (Morgan is a big fan of the band and has reportedly been to dozens of their live shows), and it didn't take much convincing for him to appear: said Armstrong of the guest spot, "I couldn€™t say no cause X-Files is one of my favorite shows of all-time."
