Titans Season 2: 5 Ups & 2 Downs From 'Bruce Wayne'
4. Iain Glen's Bruce Wayne Is Perfect
Iain Glen's casting as Bruce Wayne caused a little division among fans, with some believing that he was too old to play Bruce at this particular stage of the character's life. While his brief appearance in the season premiere was strong enough to inspire some positive reactions, it still wasn't significant enough to allow fans to make a definitive judgment on the character. Popping up throughout as a figment of Dick's imagination, Glen's Bruce Wayne stole the show throughout with sarcastic jibes, hilarious one-liners and that unforgettable dance routine (complete with the Batusi). A lot of it was intentionally over-the-top and it simply highlighted Dick's current state of mind to perfection.
Full of charisma, oozing with charm and alluding to the darkness within, Glen captured every last ounce of this slightly eccentric version of Bruce, bringing him to life with ease and, in the process, silencing any critic who dared to claim he was wrong for the role,
On the contrary, he was quite perfect.
